Busy!

So things have been going great for the business so far and I am thinking of expanding. Wow what a crazy place it is now for me. I have been doing the general catering thing and along came a film, then two and now maybe three! I am very happy and excited to be working and growing. I am also looking into getting myu own place. Now that is even crazier than being busy. Thanks to all the friends and family who are supporting me and giving me help in all kinds of ways. Sony Image Works





Sony wanted to thank some employee's for working hard and hired me to put something good in their belly's. We did a fruit (pineapple, apple, naval orange, strawberry, blackberry, kiwi, and cantaloupe) veggie (carrot, celery, crimini mushroom, tri-colored bell peppers, heirloom tomatoes with ranch dip), meat (roast beef, pastrami, smoked turkey, chicken breast, dry salami), cheese (gouda, havarti, muenster, swiss, and provolone), crackers (assorted water crackers, wheat, and cocktail variety), and nut (cashew, pistachio, blister peanuts, almonds)tray in a creative and beautiful spread.

Birthday brunch


We had an omelet station, pancakes to order and a table of great fixings including a jumbo shrimp cocktail, fruit, veggie and cheese platters. On the hot side piggies in a blanket and roasted red potato's. We had a great turn out and everyone loved the selection. Only down fall was only one picture taken. All in all a great event a happy host for sure!
